What are your shipping options, and how long will delivery take?
We offer both standard and express shipping within Australia, as well as fast international shipping. For Aussie orders, you can choose Standard (about 3–7 business days) or Express (overnight to metro areas, ~1–3 days to rural areas) . For international destinations, we use DHL Express – it’s roughly 3–7 business days to New Zealand, the US, Canada, and UK, or 3–14 days to other countries . (we ship out orders super quick, usually the same day if you order by 2pm on a weekday! )
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free express shipping on orders over $80 within Australia and $200 for international orders . That means if you hit that minimum spend, your delivery is on us – no shipping charge. (For orders under those amounts, standard shipping in Aus is just $6, or $12 for express, and international express shipping is a flat $27.50 to major countries .) So feel free to treat yourself to that extra item in your cart to qualify for free shipping 😉
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. Just click the link to see real-time updates on your package’s journey. If you run into any issues or don’t get your tracking email, just reach out via our Contact Us page and we’ll help you out.
What if my item doesn’t fit? Can I return it?
Absolutely, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t the right fit, you can send it back to us within 14 days of when it was shipped . All returned items are processed for store credit, which you’ll receive as a digital gift card via email. Just make sure your item is unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags attached when you return it. Once your return arrives and we inspect it, we’ll email you your store credit code (usually within a week of receiving the return). Heads up: original shipping fees are not refunded, and you’ll need to cover the return postage cost.
How do I know what size to order?
Don’t worry, we’ve got you! Our sizing follows standard Australian sizes (similar to UK sizing), and we have a handy Size Guide on our site to help you find the perfect fit . The size chart on that page gives detailed measurements for each size, so you can compare them with your own. Keep in mind that different brands or styles may fit slightly differently, though we do our best to stay true-to-size. If you’re still unsure, just drop us a message – we’re happy to give you personalized sizing advice!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods to make checkout easy. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal – whatever works for you. We also offer Buy Now, Pay Later options like Afterpay, so you can snag your fave outfit now and pay in four interest-free installments. No matter how you choose to pay, our checkout is secure and encrypted to keep your info safe.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
We process orders pretty fast, so if you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order details. If your package hasn’t shipped out yet, we’ll do our best to catch it and update or cancel the order for you. However, if it’s already been processed and on its way, we won’t be able to intercept it – in that case, you may need to wait until it arrives and then send it back to us as a return.

Will you restock sold-out items?
We just might! We do our best to restock popular styles, so if something’s sold out, there’s a good chance it could come back. Keep an eye on the product page or our Instagram for restock announcements, we’ll often post updates when a hot item is back in stock. You can also subscribe to our newsletter for the latest product drops and restock news. That said, some items (like limited editions or clearance pieces) may not be restocked, so if you really love something, grab it while it’s available!
